Como ya se ha comentado en otras entradas de Mi vida en la red, uno de los requisitos de la memoria humana es la organización temporal de la información en secuencias tematizadas CUANDO/PARA que van configurando una narración autobiográfica. El Yo Digital ofrece este patrón de organización y, a su vez, puede hacerlo emerger.
Vamos a simular el arranque de esta dinámica cognitiva a realizar de manera conjunta entre el usuario y su recién estrenado Yo Digital a través de un estudio piloto realizado con 51 estudiantes de Psicología del Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros, de edades comprendidas entre los 17 y los 27 años.
Hola, soy tu Yo Digital. Antes de emprender nuestra aventura mental conjunta, me gustaría conocerte. Cuéntame tu vida.
Para que yo te entienda, me la tienes que contar así:
- Selecciona los momentos más importantes de tu vida
- Ponles un título encabezado por CUANDO o por PARA (por ejemplo: "Cuando estaba en el colegio", "Para aprobar la selectividad")
Tienes que saber que yo también me he esforzado mucho para que nos podamos entender con facilidad. Te cuento algunas cosas que puedes hacer:
- Saltarte las fechas exactas. Es tu vida y la puedes organizar como quieras
- No importa si algunos momentos biográficos se solapan en el tiempo
- Establecer una jerarquía incluyendo unos momentos biográficos dentro de otros
¡Adelante!. Este va a ser el comienzo de una nueva y prometedora amistad.
A continuación mostramos algunos de los protocolos obtenidos:

En este protocolo se puede apreciar tanto la mezcla de CUANDOS y PARAS como el solapamiento temporal ("Cuando estaba en Cullera" y "Cuando salía por la noche en Cullera").

En este segundo protocolo puede apreciarse como unos períodos cronológicos incluyen a otros.
En una próxima entrada se ofrecerá un análisis detallado de los resultados obtenidos.
Hay una cosa que no entiendo de vuestro Yo Digital: ¿cómo completa esas afirmaciones abiertas tipo “Cuando salía con…”? ¿Y cómo se las cuenta la persona que lo usa? ¿Lo escribe en su ordenador, por ejepmlo?
Las afirmaciones están incompletas para no violar la intimidad de la persona que amablemente ha participado en este estudio. En su yo digital no se cortará y pondrá el tema completo.
Con respecto a la segunda pregunta, el yo digital ofrece un sistema de marcadores a través del cual el usuario hace suya -identifica- la información. Los marcadores autobiográficos cuando y para son dos tipos de marcadores.
Enhorabuena por este Blog desde la Universidad de Granada. Estamos muy atraidos por esta forma de analizar las biografías y trabajar este tema:

Hola Isabel. Muchas gracias por tu comentario. El análisis es psicológico. Se trata de acceder a una de las ‘vistas’ de la mente humana más interesante: aquélla en la que nuestras ideas, emociones, creaciones… quedan engarzadas en unidades autobiográficas tematizadas bajo las claves lingüísticas CUANDO y PARA. Es este uno de los procedimientos a través de los cuales identificamos el mundo, es decir, lo hacemos nuestro al vincularlo con nuestro tiempo psicológico.
Nuestra simulación digital recoge una investigación con sujetos reales, con el objetivo de diseñar un yo digital lo más parecido posible al usuario.
Si te apetece acceder a ella, te recomiendo que leas el resumen que hace Marcos Ruiz Rodriguez en su libro ‘Las caras de la memoria’ (Pearson, 2003, pp. 220-224).
Con respecto a la patente, le he pedido a José Sanchez (Telefonica I+D) que te comente el estado actual del prototipo.
