Heráclito vs Parménides, Prensky vs Pérez
Estaba tratando de ordenar mis ideas, para lo cual pensé escribir un post. Cuando lo tenía articulado tuve la suerte de asistir a la conferencia de la empresa reinventada y se me desmorono.
Allí Andrés Pérez Ortega , provocando rompió el ritmo de la conferencia. Quizá el mensaje más repetido fue que no se ha inventado nada en la web 2.0¡¡¡??? Pero lo que me más me interesó fue el argumento subyacente sobre el que se basaba el resto de los mensaje. El cerebro humano no ha cambiado, cambian las herramientas, y con ellas lo que se produce es un factor de escala. (Donde antes un cotilleo llegaba a las vecinas del pueblo, ahora con llega al mundo entero).
Independientemente de los caminos para llegar a tales conclusiones, me quede cuestionando la mayor. Ha cambiado
el cerebro humano y por ende los humanos, por la 2.0.
En otra disertación de Lorena Fernandez me quede con la frase de US Today: “La revolución no sucede cuando la sociedad adopta nuevas herramientas. Pasa cuando la sociedad adopta nuevos comportamientos” Bueno igual no hemos mutado pero nos hemos revolucionado.
Y además tenemos a Marc Prensky con su distinción entre nativos e inmigrantes digitales. En este post lo que me interesa es la posibilidad de que los cerebros de los nativos digitales ya no funcionen de la misma manera que los de antaño. Que sus sinapsis estén orientadas a procesar múltiples informaciones en paralelo, que progresen en base a la satisfacción inmediata y bajo recompensas frecuentes, ….
El contrapunto está servido, bajo esta perspectiva ya hemos mutado?
Esto es lo bonito de la ciencia, llegado a un punto todo lo decidimos por las creencias. Cómo me gustaría creer que hemos mutado evolutivamente y que vamos a poder controlar la ingente cantidad de información que nos llega en el mundo digital. Soy un soñador.
Que romántico me parece pensar que seguimos siendo los mismos que razonamos el teorema de Pitágoras, hace muchos siglos, o la teoría de la relatividad, hace dos. (el 99% de la población sería incapaz de demostrar ninguno de los dos).
Que bonitas eran las discusiones en el BUP entre Parménides y Heráclito. (El ser es uno, finito e inamovible vs Todo cambia, todo fluye y es un devenir) Al final ganaba siempre Heráclito, la verdad innegable es que el mundo cambia pero Parménides tenía su puntito.
Por ahora lo que me queda claro es que hemos cambiado, en nuestras costumbres, en nuestra forma de ser, …, nos hemos revolucionado. ¿Pero por el uso de nuevas herramientas o per se? Por ejemplo cuando tenía un problema me iba y me voy con él a la cama, al desayuno, al trabajo, etc… quizá la multitarea de los nativos digitales no esté tanto en si mismos como en que ahora si que hay herramientas que la soportan cada vez mejor, y el resultado sólo sea un factor de escala que además han aprendido a utilizar muy bien.
Todo esto me refuerza la necesidad de construir un yo digital.

La idea es esa, el ser humano es el mismo, solo cambian las herramientas y la escala. Y en cuanto al debate sobre el caos que también surgió, creo que frente a la entropía de la naturaleza, el ser humano siempre acaba poniendo orden… por las buenas o por las malas (no hay más que ver las noticias de hoy).

Я бы сказала о монументальности, грандиозности некоторых сюжетов. А назвала бы – “нефильтрованный реал”. На мой взгляд, красота – это все-таки другое: лучшее, чистое, избранное, заставляющее трепетать и поражаться. Можно найти красоту во всем, но всё скопом – не есть красота. Имхо.
